SOS (Society of Stranders) Spring Safari
This event is for shag lovers everywhere. Located in North Myrtle Beach, it’s a 10 day event (April 4-13th) that includes a variety of activities, from nightlife to dance classes. There’s even a parade. Activities happen all around North Myrtle Beach, so be sure to check out their website for all of the details.
On April 8th, prepare your appetite to sample more than 30 different restaurants cuisine. Admission is free, just purchase tickets for your samples once you go inside. All of the restaurants will be serving their best dishes in sample size. There will even be a beer and wine garden along with wine tastings. The event will be held in the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.
Monday After the Masters
Celebrating 20 years in Myrtle Beach, Monday After the Masters. It all started by Hootie and the Blowfish members who wanted to raise money for children’s education programs and the South Carolina junior golf program. This is event is not short of celebrities who will play at the Dye Club at Barefoot Resort. It includes a longest drive contest, VIP breakfast, awards party, and concert. The event takes place on April 14th.
Broadway at the Beach Easter Eggstreme
On April 19th, bring your family to Broadway at the Beach from 12-4pm for their Easter Eggstreme. Meet the Easter Bunny and enjoy the plenty of children’s activities. All of the events will take place around the center court, so enjoy the Easter fun!
Breakfast with the Easter Bunny at Ripley’s Aquarium
Your kids will love having breakfast with the Easter Bunny and, of course, Ripley’s Aquarium. After breakfast there will be an Easter Egg Hunt, crafts, and pictures with the Bunny. Cost for the event is $19.95 and be sure to make reservations. The event takes place April 19th from 8-10am.
Myrtle Beach Bike Week Spring Rally
The Spring Bike Week will take place May 9-18th this year. It features bike shows, tours, vendors, and plenty of events all around the Grand Strand. There will even be day cruises to Charleston or Wilmington along with a 200 mile Loop Tour through Horry and Georgetown Counties.
