Dunes Village Resort in Myrtle Beach Offering Improved Kids Program
This summer features a weekly rotation of entertaining kids’ activities. On Mondays from 10 a.m. until noon, kids are invited to have balloon animals made by our magician. Later in the evening under the stars, Dive-in Theater at Dark invites kids to don their bathing suits, enjoy some complimentary popcorn and soft drinks and enjoy a movie. Every Tuesday, the resort offers free hair braiding from 3:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. and on Wednesdays and Saturdays, kids are invited to make their own tie-dye t-shirts. Chocolate Bingo takes Dunes Village by storm on Thursdays and a photographer snaps free Family Fun Photos on the Palmetto Beach Walkway at 10:00 a.m. every Friday. Don’t miss our magic show every Friday at 11am. A make-your-own-ice-cream-sundae event every Sunday rounds out the week’s scheduled activities.
In addition to these activities, there are many standard kid-oriented amenities at Dunes Village. Myrtle Beach’s only indoor waterpark provides year-round thrills, and an oceanfront jungle gym is a big hit in the summer as well.
“We are glad to offer this great lineup of children’s activities,” said Patrick Norton, Brittain Resort Management’s vice president of marketing. “We’ve gotten great feedback on it so far and look forward to continuing to offer these programs.”
