The Market Common is perfect for a day trip during your stay at Dunes Village Resort. The area is growing quickly and becoming increasingly popular among locals and tourists alike. You and your family will certainly stay busy during your time at Market Common, but everyone needs to stop for a bite to eat at some point. To help make your dining decision easier we’ve put together a list of restaurants to choose from while you’re there.

P.F. Chang’s

P.F. Chang’s is a national chain of upscale Chinese food that began in Scottsdale, AZ, but has since expanded to the rest of the country. They serve various chicken, seafood, beef, pork, sushi and vegetable entrees such as Kung Pao Chicken, Oolong Chilean Sea Bass, Beef with Broccoli, Ma Po Tofu, and much more. P.F. Chang’s offers happy hour from 4-7 pm, Monday – Friday.

Gordon Biersch

Gordon Biersch is the perfect choice for those who want to try a few different beers while enjoying their meal. Gordon Biersch Restaurant and Brewery focuses as much on their brews as they do on their meals. Their menu includes a variety of appetizers, small plates, fresh greens, pizzas & flatbreads, pasta, seafood, burgers and more! Gordon Biersch’s happy hour is from 4-7 pm, Monday-Friday.

Ultimate California Pizza is a perfect spot to take the kids for a bite to eat while you’re spending a day in Market Common. As you would expect from a pizza place, Ultimate California Pizza serves sandwiches, subs, wings, salads, pasta, appetizers and, of course, pizza. You can choose from one of their signature pizzas like the buffalo chicken or the big kahuna, or build your own by choosing your crust, sauce, and toppings.

If you’re in the mood for some delicious Italian dishes, look no further than Travinia Italian Kitchen. Travinia has a family-friendly atmosphere with an exquisite take on contemporary American Italian cuisine using fresh local ingredients and pairing perfectly with one of the many wines they have available.

When that sushi craving hits, head over to CO Sushi next to Grand 14 Cinema. “CO” is the Vietnamese word for “feast”, and a feast is exactly what you can expect. They serve a variety of Vietnamese dishes such as pho, wok dishes, and dumplings as well as a plethora of sushi, sashimi, maki and more! CO has an excellent happy hour menu that includes $3-5 bites, and drink specials Monday-Friday from 4-7 PM.

Tupelo Honey Café

Tupelo Honey is one of the newest additions to Market Common’s restaurant repertoire. Their creative twist on southern food, craft beer, and cocktails has made it an instant favorite in the area. Tupelo Honey makes all of their delicious food from scratch using local ingredients. They’re open for brunch, lunch, and dinner.  

Crepe Creation Café

Crepe Creation Café is a very unique eatery at Market Common. They’re open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner serving delectable dishes for every meal. Crepe Creation’s menu has a wide variety of traditional crepes, sweet crepes, savory crepes, breakfast crepes, extreme waffles, paninis and some fantastic desserts. 

Nacho Hippo

If your family loves Mexican food, Nacho Hippo is the choice for you. It is also one of the better late-night spots in Market Common. Their menu consists of nacho meals, quesadillas, tacos, burritos and more! They also have great margaritas at a reasonable price. Nacho Hippo offers a fun, family-friendly environment that your whole crew is sure to enjoy. 

King Street Grille

King Street Grille is Market Common’s best sports bar. With TVs lining the walls and around the bar area, you can catch every game and not miss a minute of the action. Aside from entertainment, King Street Grille also has amazing food. They offer all of the traditional American bar food you would expect but with their own twist.
